Christmas is just around the corner….

When I look at my blog, I can’t believe I haven’t written in such a long time. The bed and breakfast has been incredibly busy. I’m thankful. Tim and I have enjoyed our guests and look forward to welcoming guests in 2011. Some days it’s a whirlwind trying to keep up with coffee orders, guest bookings, orders in the gift shop baking and oh yes, my regular job! Of course Tim is the one trying to keep up with the coffee orders. I do the gift baskets and such. Anyway, I wanted to at least say hello and let everyone know that I plan to be blogging more regularly and keeping up with it all year round. Ruby will be happy, I’m sure!! I’d like to take this time to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!

Right now I’m baking. I just finished cinnamon chip scones and pumpkin muffins. I’m moving onto Amish Sugar Cookies and possibly a cake. I’ll deliver first thing tomorrow morning and then move onto the gift baskets. I enjoy baking and I love making gift baskets. I hope to follow up with pictures at some point. I will try to write again soon.
